Once the Software Clearinghouse receives your online order, we will send your software to you via campus mail. Please call us if you prefer to pick up your order. We are located at 5425 Woodward Avenue, north of Kirby on the west side of the street, and can be reached by phone at 577-4060.

No. Wayne State University receives discounted prices because it is a higher education institute. Software purchased by the University must be used for work related to the University. If home use is allowed with the software you purchase from the Software Clearinghouse, it should be used for work related purposes.

How do I obtain a CD-ROM to install Norton Anti-virus (NAV) software on my home computer?

You must be eligible to use NAV at home, which means you must be the primary user (>80%) of a computer at work. The technical support staff in your unit will give you a CD-ROM to take home after you have signed a WSU Sub-license agreement. If you do not know who to contact for technical support, call the C&IT Help Desk at 313-577-4778.

Yes. Educational Resources sells a full range of Microsoft applications software available through the Microsoft Select Agreement. If your School/College participates in the Microsoft Campus Agreement some software packages are available to the eligible employee.
